Matrix 358 Mesh Panel System
A heavy mesh panel system traditionally used in security applications for prisons and secure units, but ideally suited to environments requiring hard to climb and difficult to cut mesh.This is a low maintenance solution to a perimeter requirement and offers longevity without loss of visual appeal.

Mesh:
The panels comprise single 5mm
horizontal wires and single 5mm vertical
wires constructed in a 200mm x 50mm
configuration. The standard panel is 2500mm
wide and is available in heights up to 3030m
which includes a 30mm spike protruding at the
top of the pane
Fixings:
The mesh panels are fixed to the posts with a
40 x 30mm pressed channel strip to the entire height
of the fence. The strip is fixed with anti-vandal pin hex
security bolts bolted into threaded inserts. The bolts do
not protrude on the back of the fence.
The fixings are spaced at 400mm centres.
Posts:
Constructed in rectangular hollow
section steel suited to the height of fence.
Posts are 60mm x 40mm to 2430mm high.
Post section can be increased if required
to suit individual site conditions. Posts are
set at 2520mm centres.

repeated series. The standard panel is
3000mm wide and is available in heights
of 1800mm, 2000mm and 2400mm as
standard with an option for higher panels.

The panels comprise single 5mm
horizontal wires and single 5mm vertical
wires constructed in a 200mm x 50mm
configuration. The standard panel is 2500mm
wide and is available in heights up to 2630m
which includes a 30mm spike protruding at the
top of the panel.
Fixings:
The unique feature of this fence is that it requires
no fixings. Caltex clips are used as an ease of installation tool
and are removed at completion of installation.
Posts:
Constructed in a special trapezoid
section 70mm x 100mm. The unique feature
of these posts is that they require no fixings
because the panels are slotted into the posts
on installation. Caltex clips are supplied as an
installation aid to assure tight fixing of the
panels into the posts.
